Comtel Technology Inc. was established in Seoul, Korea at April 2000. Comtel developed unique drive test and measurement tools based on PDA for CDMA and WCDMA wireless network optimization. It was the first PDA based compact measurement and data logging tool, which can support in-building, subway and outdoor mobile telecommunication network service quality test and was awarded Grand Prix at Seoul Venture Expo by Korean government in 2001. Comtel also decided to cooperate with Elektrobit System Test Ltd in Finland in 2002. Comtel introduced Elektrobit's advanced file based wide band MIMO channel emulator in Korea market successfully. In 2008, Comtel and Elektrobit design and develop the world first MIMO OTA test system, which can measure the performance of smartphone in OTA and provided it to LG Electronics. Now it becomes standard performance test method for multi antenna terminals in wireless telecommunication system. According to remarkable growth of IoT industries, Comtel is trying to extend it's market from mobile telecommunication to IoT test equipment area.  Comtel want to become a test and measurement solution partner, which can create customer's benefits in maximum.
